I am originally from Stockholm, Sweden, and that's where I was born and raised. However, in the early stages of my career, I felt a strong pull towards exploring opportunities beyond my home country. That's what led me to move to the United States. For nearly a decade, I lived and worked in New York City. During my time in New York, I had the opportunity to work for some of the most respected agencies in the industry, including R/GA, McCann, and being apart of starting an agency from scratch, MING (which was later acquired by MDC Partners).

Working with these agencies, I had the privilege of creating innovative and engaging work for some of the most well-known global brands.

My work often involved combining PR-driven ideas, technology, and design to create campaigns that truly stood out from the crowd. I was always looking for ways to push the boundaries of what was possible and to deliver results that exceeded my clients' expectations.

After spending ten years in the United States, I made the decision to return to my home country of Sweden. Since then, I have had the pleasure of working with some of the most innovative and forward-thinking companies, including Doconomy and AKQA.

Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work with and create campaigns for a wide variety of globally recognized brands.

HEAD OF CREATIVE AND PRODUCTION

Einride is the world’s leading provider of digital, electric and autonomous shipping technology – The next frontier of road freight. I’m leading a team of Creatives, Designers, motion designers and editors and producers. Working closely with the hardware and software team to shape the Einride brand.

CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Edelman – the world's largest PR agency. As a Creative Director at the Stockholm office I oversaw the creative department, working with clients such as Renault Europe, Arla Global, Adidas, EOS and Coop grocery retail group.

Education

BERGHS SCHOOL OF COMMUNICATION

The education provides knowledge, analytical tools and methodologies necessary for problem solving within advertising and integrated marketing communications. Theoretical assignments are mixed with practical exercises that are directly applicable in a professional role.The education is divided into a series of courses including: copywriting, graphic design, idea and concept development, communications theory, typography, positioning, branding, dramaturgy, design and advertising history, image analysis, cultural studies, advertising law, pitching, consumer behavior, marketing analysis, tracking, corporate identity and design management. Students work across all advertising media and methodologies including: print, film, interactive media, outdoor, business to business, corporate advertising, direct marketing, viral, ambient, guerrilla marketing TV, event and radio.

GROUP CREATIVE DIRECTOR

At AKQA in Sweden I oversaw two offices located in Stockholm and in Gothenburg. Managed a team of 20+ creatives across different locations, led pitches, and launched global campaigns for Volvo on various platforms like social media, digital, film, out-of-home (OOH), and events. Promoted innovative thinking, fostering collaboration in cross-functional teams that combined creative and technological skills seamlessly.

CREATIVE DIRECTOR

As a Creative Director at MING in New York I oversaw the creative department leading a wide range of work focusing on MING’s three pillars: Design, Utility and Entertainment. Together with my team we created work for clients like Polaroid, Swedish Match, Brickell City Centre and Smith Optics. Our work was recognized in award shows such as Webby’s, Cannes Lions and The One Show. In 2017 MING was acquired by MDC Partners.

GERLESBORGS ART SCHOOL

Gerlesborgsskolan (The Gerlesborg School of Fine Art) is an art institution with a prestigious history of more than 70 years. It is situated both in Bohuslän, between Göteborg and Oslo on the west coast of Sweden, on an attractive site at the seaside. And in Hjorthagen, in the centre of Stockholm.

Gerlesborgsskolan has three main activities:
– Training in fine arts.
– Ongoing training for artists and other groups, catering for 600 participants annually.
– A wide range of additional activities such as exhibitions, concerts, seminars, open lectures, film screenings and pedagogical workshops for children and youth. In addition the school also provides residential facilities for students and visitors. In all, 30.000 people visits Gerlesborgsskolan in Bohuslän each year.

CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Doconomy, an impact-tech startup, strives to equip consumers and brands with digital tools for comprehending and lessening the climate impact of consumption. During my tenure, I collaborated with founders to establish the Doconomy brand and create digital products for reducing CO2 emissions for both companies and consumers.

ASSOCIATE CREATIVE DIRECTOR

As an Associate Creative Director at McCann New York, l helped lead work for clients such as IKEA, Coca Cola, Childhood and Chevrolet. Reported directly to the CCO and deputy CCO. Our work for IKEA was awarded several advertising awards.

CREATIVE DIRECTOR

While at Making Waves (now NoA Ignite), I managed the Creative/Design department 15+ people, guiding companies in discovering new business prospects. We generated revenue-boosting ideas and crafted tangible digital products.

As a Creative (Art Director) at R/GA New York l worked with clients like Nike+, Nike Running, Nike basketball, Google, MasterCard, Walmart as well as pitching new business. During my time at the agency me and my team won the agency over 35 international advertising awards including several Gold in Cannes, Yellow pencil in D&AD and Gold in One Show. In 2012 i was awarded "Young Gun of the year" by YGA awards - recognizing young creative talents in a world wide competition.
